There are two forces in human, 1 is rooh, and 2nd is nafas, Rooh is Of ALLAH, @ Nafas is of Devil. If u want to defeat the devil(shaitaan), then You have to Neglect the desires of NAFAS, and should pass your life , according to ROOH desires. this is a basic theme of TASAWWUF. i will guide u more soon...
